Cancellation and Refund

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. At Guruchhaya, we’ve made it simple and transparent.

When Can You Cancel

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• You will receive an email or WhatsApp update confirming the status of your order.

Refund on Cancellation

• For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
• For COD orders, no charges apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Modifications

• You can modify your shipping address before your order is packed by contacting our support team at 72083 16161 or contact@guruchhaya.in.

Exceptions

Orders for products purchased on sale or clearance cannot be cancelled after placement.

Refund Policy

We aim to make every shopping experience enjoyable. However, if a refund is required, the process is simple and fair.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes quality verification.
• The refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Refund is Applicable When

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Cancellation is done before the order is shipped.
• The product is out of stock after payment.

Refund is Not Applicable When

• Product value is ₹500 or less.
• The product was purchased on sale or discount.
• Product shows minor color or weaving variations.
• The product is used, washed, or damaged.
• Incorrect or outdated shipping address is provided.
• Product returned without prior approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Mode

• For prepaid orders – refunded to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders – refunded via bank transfer (after details verification).
