Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
The product was damaged during transit
The product has a manufacturing defect
You received an incorrect item
Note:
Returns/exchanges are not applicable for items worth ₹500 or below, or products bought on sale.
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Process
Contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp.
Share clear product images, a detailed description, and an unboxing video.
Once approved, send the product to the address shared by our team.
Reverse pickup is not available. Customers must courier the product back. Courier charges will be reimbursed only for damaged or incorrect deliveries.
Product Condition for Returns
Returned items must be:
Unused and unwashed
Unstitched and undamaged
In their original packaging
Non-Returnable Cases
Used or washed products
Wrong or incomplete claims (images/videos don’t match actual product)
